Product Delivery
We ship throughout Italy, to parts of Europe and to some non-EU countries, via the couriers Poste Italiane, BRT, DHL and UPS.
Delivery is considered complete once you, or someone you have designated, physically receive the Product.
Shipping costs are at your expense, unless stated otherwise during purchase or on other pages of the Site. Some destinations may carry an extra charge. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied when the parcel arrives; Gamable is not responsible for these.
Unless different times are stated on the product page, Products are delivered within 4 days of the order being shipped and, in any case, within thirty days of the contract being concluded.
When the Product arrives, we recommend checking it. From the moment you (or someone you have designated, other than the carrier) receive the parcel, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, unless the damage is the Seller's fault. For this reason it helps to check that the number of parcels is correct and that the packaging is intact — not damaged, wet or tampered with. If in doubt, you can accept the parcel "subject to verification", noting the issue on the carrier's document; if the packaging shows clear signs of tampering, please let us know right away. Your rights regarding withdrawal (where applicable) and the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
Right of Withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and at no cost other than those set out below (Withdrawal Period). The 14 days start:
a. if you ordered a single Product, from the day you (or someone you designated, other than the carrier) receive the Product;
b. if you placed a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day you receive the last Product;
c. if you ordered a Product made up of several lots or pieces, from the day you receive the last lot or piece.
How to withdraw
To withdraw, simply tell the Seller your decision, clearly, before the 14 days are up.
To do this, as required by law, the Site provides a dedicated withdrawal function, available at all times throughout the Withdrawal Period:
- if you ordered with an account, you can withdraw from your personal area, in the dedicated section, or from the "Right of withdrawal" button in the Site footer;
- if you ordered as a guest, use the same "Right of withdrawal" button in the footer and follow the guest procedure, providing your order number and the email used for the purchase.
Once you submit it, you will shortly receive an acknowledgement of your request by email — that is, on a durable medium — showing the date and time.
Alternatively, you can communicate your withdrawal in any other clear way, for example by writing to info@gamable.com. Since it is up to you to prove you met the deadline, it is best to use a method that leaves a record.
Your withdrawal is valid if you send the communication before the 14 days expire.
Returns and refund
After notifying your withdrawal, you must return the Products as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days, using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense. The deadline is met if you ship them before it expires. Please pack the Product well and, where possible, return it in its original packaging (mandatory when the serial numbers are printed on it), to the following address:

The cost of the return and responsibility for transport are at your expense.
When you withdraw, the Seller refunds the full amount you paid, including delivery costs where applicable, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund is made using the same payment method you used to pay. As the return is at your expense, the Seller may hold the refund until it receives the Products, or until you prove you have sent them back — whichever comes first.
You are responsible for any loss of value or damage to the Product resulting from use that goes beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning: you may examine and try it as you would in a shop, but not use it beyond that. We therefore ask you to handle it with care and return it to us intact and complete: in working order, with all accessories and instructions, and with any tags, labels and single-use seals still attached and untampered. Withdrawal applies to the whole Product: you cannot withdraw from just a part or an accessory of it.
If the returned Product has lost value because it was handled beyond a simple check, the Seller may deduct an amount equal to that loss from the refund. It will tell you within 10 days of receiving the Product and, if the refund has already been paid, will let you know how to pay the difference due.
If withdrawal is not exercised in the way the law requires, the contract remains valid and no refund is due. In that case the Seller will notify you of the rejection within 10 working days of receiving the Product, which will remain available for you to collect, at your expense and under your responsibility.
For a partial withdrawal from a Multiple Order, the delivery costs refunded are proportional to the value of the returned Product. Example: on a EUR 200.00 order with two Products, one at EUR 50.00 and one at EUR 150.00, returning the EUR 150.00 one gets you a refund of 75% of the delivery costs. In any case, the delivery costs refunded never exceed what you actually paid.
